Ideal Heating Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 02/05/2024
1. By entering the prize draw you agree to the below terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being administered by Ideal Boilers Ltd. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 years or over and have completed the survey before 23:59 GMT on Friday May 10th 2024. Entries after this time or date will not be entered into the prize draw.
3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. Ideal Heating employees and their families are excluded from the draw.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase of any product is necessary to enter the prize draw.
7. Ideal Heating takes no responsibility for any technical, communication or other problems that might prevent the receipt of an entry, and accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete or not received in time.
8. The prize for each of the ten separate winners is one £100 voucher for Amazon.
9. Ideal Heating’s use of particular brands does not imply any affiliation with and / or endorsement of these brands.
10. The winners will be drawn at random using a random computer process.
11. The prize is as stated. It is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. Ideal Heating reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances outside of Ideal Heating’s control make it necessary to do so.
13. Ideal Heating reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue temporarily or permanently, the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
14. The decision of Ideal Heating regarding any aspect of the prize draw are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Winners will be contacted on or before Friday May 24th 2024 via the email address they have registered with Ideal Heating.
16. Ideal Heating will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
17. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Ideal Heating reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
18. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize via the email address you have registered with Ideal Heating.
19. You consent to being contacted by Ideal Heating using the email address you have registered with them, to which Ideal Heating sent you the link to take part in the survey.
20. You consent to Ideal Heating using any personal information they have on record for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for those purposes defined within Ideal Heating’s privacy policy.
21. Ideal Heating does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of participation in the prize draw, being selected for a prize, or accepting a prize. Ideal Heating further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw.
22. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Ideal Heating for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
23. Ideal Heating will not provide any form of practical or IT support for the prize.
24. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
