  2. Offer available to Connect members within the United Kingdom and who have not registered a product within the last 121 days; as of the 29th of February 2024. Alternatively, that have joined the Connect scheme on or after 1st March 2024.
  3. The promotion applies to your next registration of the Ideal Heating Logic MAX and Vogue MAX boiler ranges installed and registered on the Connect platform between 1st March 2024 and 31st December 2024 inclusive. (Max IE products are excluded from the promotion).
  4. £100 is only offered on the next / first Max registration only.
  5. Eligible participants who have qualified will be credited with £100 instantly to their Connect account subject to the standard scheme Terms & Conditions*
  6. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. To enter the Promotion and receive the Reward, an Eligible Participant must:
    1. Be Gas Safe Registered
    2. Purchase a Boiler during the Promotion Period
    3. Register the Boiler with the Promoter through the Connect loyalty scheme before the closing date of 31st December 2024.

Ideal Heating reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify those that qualify for the promotion, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of membership of Connect, and to withdraw the promotion and/or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where a participant has gained advantage from participating in or used fraudulent means to qualify for the promotion.
  11. Ideal Heating reserves the right to withdraw or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time and without notice. Participants will be deemed to agree that no liability shall attach to Ideal Heating because of any withdrawal, amendment, or alteration.
  12. Ideal Heating excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Reward.
  13. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties except those necessary to administer this promotion.
  14. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
