Terms and Conditions 

The promoter is Ideal Heating Limited (company no. 00322137) (“Ideal Heating”), whose registered office is at PO Box 103, National Avenue, Hull, HU5 4JN, United Kingdom. 

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

  • The promotion is open to Ideal Heating Connect members aged 18 or over, within mainland Great Britain only. Employees of Ideal Heating, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate. 
  •  The MAXimum Overdrive promotion is open to all Mainland Great Britain installers who register eligible boilers through the Connect loyalty platform during the promotional period from 1st March, 2024, to 31st May, 2024. 
  • Only Logic Max and Vogue Max boilers are eligible for this promotion. (Max IE products are excluded from the promotion) Registrations of other products will not qualify for cashback rewards points or Connect points. 
  • To qualify for MAXimum Overdrive cashback points and Connect points, installers must register eligible boilers through the Connect loyalty platform. Registrations made through other channels will not be eligible for cash back reward points. 
  • MAXimum overdrive cashback points will be provided based on the number of eligible boilers registered during the promotional period. Installers will receive an additional £300 for registering 4 or 5 eligible boilers, £500 for registering 6 or 7 eligible boilers, £800 for registering 8 or 9 eligible boilers, and £1,100 for registering 10 eligible boilers. Cashback rewards points will be processed and distributed into installers Connect accounts within one week of the promotion end date 31st May 2024.  
  • How MAXimum overdrive works: 
  • Example: If 7 eligible boilers are registered within the promotional period you will receive your standard Connect points for these. Within one week of the promotion close date 31st May 2024. You will receive an additional £500 in Connect points distributed to your Connect account.  
  • Only one claim can be made for this promotion.  
  1. For example, installers won’t receive the £300 for registering 4 boilers AND another £500 when they register their 6. Installers will receive the highest reward value based on their total eligible registration volume between the 1st March 2024 - 31st May 2024.  
  • Promotion earning is capped at £1,100. Subsequent boilers in the qualifying period will not earn additional cash back reward points.  
  • MAXimum overdrive cashback reward points will be credited to installers accounts in addition to points earned for every registration. 
  • Eligible participants who have qualified will be credited with the relevant reward to their Connect account, within one week once the promotion has concluded on May 31st 2024.  
  • In addition to MAXimum Overdrive cashback reward points, installers will also earn standard Connect points for each eligible boiler registration. Connect points will be awarded based on the number of boilers registered and will contribute to the installer's loyalty benefits within the Connect program. 
  • The MAXimum Overdrive promotion will run from March 1st, 2024, to 31st May, 2024. Any registrations made outside of this promotional period will not be eligible for rewards. 
  • Qualifying products which have been registered and enter the ‘pending section’ of your account are reviewed by our internal teams to verify accuracy of data. If your pending registration is rejected due to being unable to verify accuracy of installation details or does not qualify due to terms of the Connect scheme, these will not be eligible for this promotion. 
  • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the MAXimum Overdrive promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated to installers through appropriate channels. 
  • By participating in the MAXimum Overdrive promotion, installers agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein. Non-compliance may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of rewards. 
  • Ideal Heating will not be liable for any charges or other fees that may be incurred by the participant. 
  • Ideal Heating reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify those that qualify for the promotion, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of membership of Connect, and to withdraw the promotion and/or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where a participant has gained advantage from participating in or used fraudulent means to qualify for the promotion. 
  • Ideal Heating reserves the right to withdraw or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time and without notice. Participants will be deemed to agree that no liability shall attach to Ideal Heating because of any withdrawal, amendment, or alteration. 
  • Ideal Heating is not responsible for the display and communication of this promotion on any other third-party marketing. 

  • Once The MAXimum Overdrive promotion has ended on 31st May, 2024. If you have qualified, you will receive your MAXimum Connect points credited to your Connect Account automatically; within one week of the promotion close date 31st May 2024.
  • The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
