We’ve taken our new domestic monobloc heat pump on a tour of some of the country’s most famous football stadiums.
Guests from the new-build and social housing sectors were able to see Logic Air at four stadiums spanning the North of England and the Midlands.
Logic Air has visited Old Trafford in Manchester, St James’ Park in Newcastle, Elland Road in Leeds and The Hawthorns in West Bromwich.
Accompanying Logic Air is a world-class level of customer support from our dedicated UK-based team.
Support is available to customers 364 days a year, including our in-house team of engineers specially trained to service heat pumps.
Logic Air represents a unique offering for the UK domestic heating market. It integrates seamlessly with our best-in-class hot water cylinder and Halo Air room thermostat.
Stevie Spinks, our Divisional Sales Director for Social Housing, introduced the roadshow event at Old Trafford on May 18.
He said: “Logic Air is three years in the making and represents a significant investment from Ideal Heating and our parent company Groupe Atlantic.
“We’re excited to be launching our flagship monobloc heat pump for the UK domestic market. It combines Groupe Atlantic’s market-leading heat pump expertise in Europe with our own knowledge and experience of the UK heating sector.
“But Logic Air is so much more than a heat pump. Every product is backed up by our experienced customer support team, who are on hand to provide a rapid, efficient service, whatever your needs and requirements.”
Logic Air is designed to deliver efficient, reliable low carbon heating to UK homes and will play a major role in the transition from gas boilers to renewable heating solutions.
It is built with an A+++ ErP rating – the highest European energy standard possible to achieve – meaning customers can “go green without compromise”.
Logic Air can be paired with our best-in-class hot water cylinder which can reduce energy usage by 30 per cent, compared to typical cylinders on the market.
The Halo Air room thermostat includes a mobile app which enables full control of Logic Air from any location. It also enables our support team to run remote diagnostic tests to troubleshoot for any issues.
Lizzie Wilkinson, our Product Director for Domestic, said: “We’re facing a climate emergency. There’s been a lot in the news about forecasts that our planet will exceed the 1.5 degrees Celsius temperature rise by 2027 at least once.
“Climate change leaves no-one in the world unaffected, and action is needed now to change the way we heat our homes. We are talking about an almost complete decarbonisation of UK housing stock.
“The launch of Logic Air is an important piece of the jigsaw and represents a unique offering for the UK domestic market.”
We invest £1m every year providing low-cost training to installers, and recently opened our new £2m National Training & Technology Centre in Hessle, East Yorkshire.
Supported by a nationwide network of regional hubs, our state-of-the-art facility will help thousands of installers learn the skills needed to install heat pumps and become low carbon engineers.
Logic Air will be on display at the Installer Show, taking place at the NEC in Birmingham, from June 27 to 29.
