Q) What’s the best thing about your job?
Witnessing staff adapt to varying market conditions as well as embracing new products.
We recently launched our new Logic Air monobloc heat pump for the domestic market, which included a roadshow tour of English football stadiums across the country.
We visited Old Trafford in Manchester, St James’ Park in Newcastle, Elland Road in Leeds and The Hawthorns in West Bromwich, which was a fantastic experience.
Q) What makes Ideal Heating stand out in the market?
Care and attention - we pride ourselves on producing the best heating products, but more importantly, having the best after-care support.
Our customers know they can rely on us, whatever their needs and requirements, and that if they ever encounter any issues, they’ll be dealt with quickly.
We’re the number one rated boiler manufacturer on TrustPilot – which reflects the quality of our products and our commitment to customers and the UK heating industry.
Q) What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I am in a pool team, and a snooker team and also still try my best to run around on a five-a-side pitch. I also follow Bradford City and playing golf passes the time too.
Maybe sport is the answer here!

I honestly can’t think of anything, I’m an open book in all walks of life!

Q) What’s the best thing about your job?
I love the challenge of winning the next contract – and obviously the satisfaction you get from clients telling you how good we are.
Q) What makes Ideal Heating stand out in the market?
For me, it’s the build quality and performance of the Ideal range. It really is second to none, and I’m proud that our products are manufactured in the UK.

Q) What’s the best thing about your job?

Q) Tell us about your job and what it involves.
Although my title is Area Sales Manager (ASM), I carry out both ASM and Key Account Executive roles in Northern Ireland.
As such, this involves looking after merchants, one-off installers, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, local housing associations and M&E contractors.
I also organise training in Northern Ireland, sourcing venues for our trainers to use when they come across. Because we are not mainland UK, I find that installers contact myself rather than contact England, so I also get a lot of warranty calls and calls to do with both Installer/Contractor Connect

It’s the people which makes any business special, and Ideal Heating is no different to that.
Q) What makes Ideal Heating stand out in the market?

We have a brilliant product range which is constantly evolving to meet our customers’ needs, and the industry’s, and we’re now focused on new, low carbon solutions like heat pumps.
