We invest over £1m every year providing low-cost training to installers across the UK.
Our industry-leading Expert Academy offers training courses to help installers stay up to date with industry regulations and master our heating and hot water products.
You can find us in 16 UK locations and we’ve invested £2m in our new National Training & Technology Centre in Hessle, East Yorkshire. This state-of-the-art centre specialises in low carbon heating training and will help thousands of installers learn the skills needed to install heat pumps.
We’re also proud to offer a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities right across our business – nurturing the skilled workforce of the future.
