  • Where can I find my Ideal boiler's serial number? +

    You can find your boiler's serial number in a few different places:

    • On a QR code sticker on the bottom left-hand edge of the boiler
    • On the front of the installation guide
    • On a barcode sticker on the packaging box
  • My Building Regulations certificate is incorrect, how do I get a new one? +

    If the boiler was registered through the Connect loyalty scheme you can contact them directly on 0330 333 15 13 and they will have this rectified for you, If you/your installer registered directly with building regulations you would need to contact them directly to rectify this.

  • How do I register my boiler for warranty? +

    There are a few different ways you can register your free boiler warranty, which needs to be done within 30 days of installation.

    • Installers can login or sign up for a Connect loyalty account and earn points for every eligible product registered through your account - visit InstallerConnect.com to learn more.
    • Register it through the IdealHeating.com website by following this link.
    • Call our Customer Service team on 01482 498660.
  • What happens if I fail to register my boiler for warranty on time? +

    To qualify for the full guarantee the boiler must be registered within 30 days of installation. Should this condition not be met, the period of guarantee will be reduced to 12 months from the date of installation.
